Description

Cummins Holset Turbo E-Tool 2.0 provides diagnostic and calibration functions for supported Cummins engines equipped with Holset electronic actuators. The One Laptop Install includes remote installation and activation, with a lifetime license for the installed laptop.

Diagnostic functions

  • Read active and inactive diagnostic trouble codes and clear actuator or turbocharger faults.
  • Test vane position and VGT response, and run electronic actuator sweep tests.
  • Calibrate the actuator motor and evaluate sensor data such as temperature, speed and pressure.
  • Check actuator firmware compatibility and report version information.

Supported equipment

Supported Cummins engines include ISX12 / ISX15, X12 / X15, ISB 6.7, ISC 8.3, ISL 9, QSB / QSC / QSL, and industrial, off-road and agricultural Cummins engines. Supported turbo models include HE300VG, HE351VE, HE400VG, HE431/451/561 and HE500VG, as well as Holset electronic actuators across most generations.
